Carolina Baumann is a complementary therapist, yoga teacher, and co-owner of Hotel Sass da Grüm. Her work centers on mindful movement, breath awareness, and therapeutic guidance.

Her approach is rooted in ViniYoga, an individualized form of yoga that adapts to each person’s needs and abilities. She creates a supportive space for wellbeing, reflection, and personal transformation.

With additional training in palliative care, Carolina also accompanies people during times of transition with compassion and grounded presence.

Her work centers on supporting people through mindful movement, breath awareness, and therapeutic guidance. Her approach is rooted in ViniYoga, an individualized form of yoga that adapts to each person’s needs and abilities.

Through yoga therapy and complementary therapy supervision, she creates a supportive space for physical wellbeing, personal reflection, and meaningful life transitions. A gentle daily rhythm that brings movement, breath and stillness into balance.
With awareness of what arises, you connect your movements to the flow of your breath and settle into a calm, clear presence.

Surrounded by nature or in the quiet panoramic room, space opens for rest, regeneration and renewed clarity.

A unique yoga package

The package includes 2 yoga sessions per day and 1 guided meditation in the evening. In total: 10 yoga and 5 meditation sessions (15 sessions overall).

Our sessions are held with care, clarity, and presence in small groups of up to 12 participants. Step out of daily noise and return to what restores you.

The daily rhythm is held by two yoga sessions: 1x morning & 1x midday session.

The «morning activation»

First session of the day from 07:15 to 08:00. Your daily morning routine at your own pace.

A midday session from 10:30 to 12:00 everyday. Get reenergized for the rest of your day.

A «sunset flow» meditation

A daily guided meditation from 17:00 to 17:45 to close the day grounded, connected, and ready to rest at your own natural pace.

Open to every level

The course is suitable for people of all ages, with no prior knowledge required. Whether you’re meeting yoga for the first time or wish to deepen your practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.

At your own pace

Between activity and stillness, a deeper kind of rest can emerge. You choose whether you want to participate in the session or set your own pace.

Wellbeing with wellness

In between, there is spacious of time to relax surrounded by nature, enjoy individual sessions, or spend time in the pool, sauna, or jacuzzi.
