Marion
Marion is a certified Dance & Expressive Arts Therapist and Federally Certified Complementary Therapist specializing in Movement and Body Therapy. With a background in psychiatric nursing and many years of clinical experience, she supports people in reconnecting with themselves through mindful movement and body awareness.
During the retreat, Marion gently guides participants through dance, improvisation, and movement in nature. Her warm and supportive approach creates a safe space for authentic self-expression, presence, and personal growth, regardless of previous dance experience.

Do I need dance experience?
Not at all. This retreat is open to everyone, whether you’re new to movement or have previous experience. Simply bring curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Who is this retreat for?
Anyone who wishes to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves through mindful movement, creativity, and nature. No dance experience is required.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in, suitable shoes, and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest.
What does a typical day look like?
Morning movement sessions take place from 10:30–12:00, followed by free time. We come together again at 17:00 for our daily mindfulness group.
Where do the sessions take place?
Depending on the weather, sessions are held outdoors at our beautiful power spot or in our seminar room.
