The Art of Qi Gong
Jiyon Song
Jiyon Song is a Korean-born energy therapist, and Qi Gong teacher who builds bridges between Eastern wisdom traditions and Western healing approaches. Born in Seoul, she has lived and worked across Europe since 1990 and is now based in Zurich.
Her work integrates art, energy therapy, Qi Gong, and Taiji, drawing from diverse traditions of healing, meditation, and philosophy. Through her teaching and therapeutic practice, she explores the connection between inner awareness, creative expression, and holistic wellbeing.

The package includes 2 Qi Gong sessions per day and 1 guided meditation in the evening. In total: 10 Qi Gong and 5 meditation sessions (15 sessions overall).

The «morning activation»
First session of the day from 07:15 to 08:00. Your daily morning routine at your own pace.

The «recharge boost»
A midday session from 10:30 to 12:00 everyday. Get reenergized for the rest of your day.
10:30 - 12:00
A «sunset flow» meditation
A daily guided meditation from 17:00 to 17:45 to close the day grounded, connected, and ready to rest at your own natural pace.
20:30 - 21:00

The course is suitable for people of all ages, with no prior knowledge required. Whether you’re trying Qi Gong for the first time or wish to deepen your practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
