Mario is a multi-disciplinary holistic practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in bodywork and energy-based practices. Since 1997, Tai Chi Chuan has been the central pillar of his personal path. a daily discipline that continues to shape his presence, clarity, and teaching. His work integrates traditional martial arts, therapeutic practice, and consciousness development to support deep reconnection and inner balance.

The package includes 2 Qi Gong sessions per day and 1 guided meditation in the evening. In total: 10 Qi Gong and 5 meditation sessions (15 sessions overall).

First session of the day from 07:15 to 08:00. Your daily morning routine at your own pace.
