We work with carefully selected suppliers and regional partners, including Bio Partner AG, Linea Bio Verde in Ticino, local bread from Losone, fresh fish from Vairano, and alpine and goat cheeses from Alpe di Neggia. The result is a cuisine that feels honest, nourishing, and connected to the landscape around us.
Special Moments at the Table
Every Friday, we serve fresh fish from Lago Maggiore at lunch and dinner, sourced directly from a local fisherman. For guests returning or arriving from hiking in the mountains, the “Sass da Grüm Hiking” plate with Ticino cheeses and sliced local meat offers a more rustic regional option. On Friday evenings, our candlelit dinner, available upon request for a private dinner on the private panoramic terrace, offers a quieter, more intimate atmosphere for a special meal for two or in a small group. Entirely according to your wishes.
