A week of yoga to find peace and recharge your batteries, supported by nature, silence, and a clear rhythm that respects your own pace. This Kundalini yoga course gives you space to regulate yourself, become present, and rebuild your inner energy in a tangible way. Kundalini yoga combines gentle, effective movement with conscious breathing, meditation, mantras, and targeted exercise sequences (kriyas). The practice helps to stabilize the nervous system, release tension, and focus your attention inward. With this clarity, you can return and feel connected again. Each day of the course is dedicated to one of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether, as well as the corresponding chakra. This creates a harmonious journey through different qualities of rootedness, flow, power, expansiveness, and space. Day by day, you deepen your self-awareness, find balance, and strengthen your connection to yourself. The course is suitable for people of all ages, with no prior knowledge required. You are invited to consciously do yourself good, activate self-care, and return to everyday life with new presence and energy.

Susanna is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher based in Zurich. Her work combines education, mindfulness, and movement, supporting both children and adults in developing awareness, resilience, and personal growth. With many years of international teaching experience, she brings a holistic perspective to learning and wellbeing. Alongside her work as a classroom teacher, she shares the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga, integrating breath, movement, and meditation.

First session of the day from 07:15 to 08:00. Your daily morning routine at your own pace.
