Our yoga weeks are held by three outstanding teachers, each with a distinct approach. From flowing and grounding practices, Kundalini-inspired awareness, and breath-led mindful yoga in nature. Together, they create a supportive rhythm of morning activation and evening settling, so you can explore what nourishes you most, gently and deeply.

A calm daily rhythm that balances energizing movement with grounding stillness . Guided by breath, held by nature, and shaped to support you exactly where you are. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, allowing energy to circulate, settle, and renew naturally.

A unique yoga package

The package includes 2 yoga sessions per day and 1 guided meditation in the evening. In total: 10 yoga and 5 meditation sessions (15 sessions overall).

Our sessions are held with care, clarity, and presence in small groups of up to 12 participants. Step out of daily noise and return to what restores you.

First session of the day from 07:15 to 08:00. Your daily morning routine at your own pace.

The course is suitable for people of all ages, with no prior knowledge required. Whether you’re meeting yoga for the first time or wish to deepen your practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
