  • Contact details such as name, telephone number, email addresses, address, date of birth

  • Purchase history data such as purchase data including information about the products purchased
  • Other personal data such as credit card details, bank details, and career data
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)

We process personal data based on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent (e.g., cookies, analytics, newsletter)
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Contract fulfillment (bookings, inquiries)
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – Legal obligations (tax & accounting)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Legitimate interests (website security, improvement)
Log files

Every time you use the Internet, your Internet browser automatically transmits certain information, which we store in log files. We store these log files for as long as necessary to identify malfunctions and for security reasons (e.g., to investigate attempted attacks) and then delete or anonymize them. Log files that need to be retained for evidence purposes are excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified and may be passed on to investigating authorities in individual cases. The storage of log files serves our legitimate interests in the smooth and correct operation of our website.

The following information in particular is stored in the log files:

  • IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the device used to access the online offering;
  • Internet address of the website from which the online offering was accessed (known as the origin or referrer URL);
  • Name of the service provider through which the online offering is accessed;
  • Name of the files or information accessed;
  • Date, time, and duration of access;
  • Amount of data transferred;
  • Operating system and information about the Internet browser used, including installed add-ons (e.g., for a password manager);
  • HTTP status code (e.g., “request successful” or “requested file not found”).
User analysis

Analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are used on the sassdagruem.ch website. The information collected about the use of the websites is stored on the tool providers’ servers. With the help of the analysis tools, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out when and from which region which pages were viewed. Other data that is collected includes, for example, the file names of the files accessed, the browsers used, the functions used, and the length of time spent on the website. B-Force Balance SA has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. If prior consent was requested when visiting our website (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), processing is based on your consent, which you can revoke at any time for the future. Detailed information about the analysis tools used can be found in our Cookie Policy.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. The information generated is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA. Where data is transferred to the USA, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are applied. IP anonymization is activated on this website. Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Users may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Transfer of data

We will only transfer your personal data to other controllers if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, if we or the third party have an overriding legitimate interest in the transfer, or if you have given your consent. In addition, data may be transferred to other controllers if we are obliged to do so by law or by an enforceable official or court order.

Service providers

We commission external service providers with tasks such as marketing services, development operations, data hosting, shipping, and debugging. We have carefully selected these service providers and monitor them regularly, in particular with regard to their careful handling and protection of the data stored with them. All service providers are bound by us to confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

Transfer to recipients outside the EEA

We may also transfer personal data to recipients located outside the EEA in so-called third countries. In this case, we will ensure before the transfer that the recipient has an adequate level of data protection in place by means of appropriate contractual agreements or, if necessary, that you have given your consent to the transfer.

Information on data storage: Storage location & retention periods

Your data is primarily stored in Switzerland and Germany. Due to various service providers, data is also stored in other EU countries and within the USA. We generally store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our offer and the associated services, or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in further storage (e.g., we may still have a legitimate interest in postal marketing even after a contract has been fulfilled). After that, we delete your personal data with the exception of data that we must continue to store in order to comply with legal obligations (e.g., we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period of time due to tax and commercial law retention periods).

Marketing tools

We use various tools for marketing activities. When using these tools, your browser sometimes establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective tools. This provides the respective provider with the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website. Log files similar to those described in section 5 are also transmitted to the servers of the respective providers and stored there if necessary. The provider or its server may be located outside Switzerland or the EU or EEA (e.g., in the USA). Data is exchanged via third-party cookies. Further information on the purpose, scope, further processing, and use of the data can be found in our Cookie Policy and in the respective terms and conditions and privacy policy.
