We are committed to handling your data transparently. Below, we explain what personal data is stored when you use this website and how this data is handled. We also explain how you can unsubscribe from third-party services that we use.
The protection of your privacy when processing personal data and the security of all business data is an important concern for us, which we take into account in our business processes. We process personal data collected during your visit to our online offerings confidentially and only in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The website provides general information about Hotel Sass da Grüm, its products and offers, and career opportunities.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses, which are expressions of a person’s identity. We collect, process, and use personal data (including IP addresses) only if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, or if the processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests:

We process personal data based on the following legal bases:

Every time you use the Internet, your Internet browser automatically transmits certain information, which we store in log files. We store these log files for as long as necessary to identify malfunctions and for security reasons (e.g., to investigate attempted attacks) and then delete or anonymize them. Analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are used on the sassdagruem.ch website. The information collected about the use of the websites is stored on the tool providers’ servers. With the help of the analysis tools, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out when and from which region which pages were viewed. Other data that is collected includes, for example, the file names of the files accessed, the browsers used, the functions used, and the length of time spent on the website. B-Force Balance SA has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. The information generated is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA. Where data is transferred to the USA, appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses are applied. IP anonymization is activated on this website.
